Shipping

We deliver to Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Shipping is free.

Allow 7 to 15 working days between your order and delivery. This is an estimate; if there is a significant delay, we will let you know by email.

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with the tracking link. If you order several products, they may arrive in separate parcels. Parcel late, damaged or missing? Email us with your order number and we will sort it out.

14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the period starts when you receive the last one.

How to withdraw

Let us know before the period ends, by email at rekover.boutique@gmail.com or through the contact page, with your order number. A simple, clear sentence is enough. You can also use this template:

“To REKOVER, Avenue de l'Espinette Centrale 31, 1640 Rhode-Saint-Genèse, Belgium, rekover.boutique@gmail.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the sale of the following goods. Ordered on / received on: … Order number: … Name: … Address: … Date: …”

We reply with the address to send the product back to.

Sending the product back

  • Send the product back no later than 14 days after telling us you are withdrawing.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by you.
  • The product must be complete (accessories, manual) and, if possible, in its original packaging. You may try it as you would in a shop; if it has been used beyond what is needed to try it, any loss in value may be deducted from the refund.

Refund

We refund everything you paid, including standard shipping costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until we have received the product, or proof that you sent it, before refunding. The refund uses the same payment method as your order, at no cost to you.

Damaged or faulty product

If your product arrives damaged or does not work, email us with your order number and a photo. All our products come with the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity: in that case, replacement, repair or refund costs you nothing, return shipping included.
